This is a hearty accompaniment to any meat, chicken or seafood dish. Instead of the usual rice or green salad, serve this instead. It's nutritious, filling and delicious! Plus it takes only 10 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients:
-5 tbsp. Mayonnaise
-1 tsp. French Mustard
-1 small Onion, finely chopped
-2 medium Potatoes, boiled and chopped
-1 bowlful Pasta
-Seasoning: Salt, pepper, dried parsley
1. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together in a bowl. Add
seasoning to taste.
2. Add in chopped onion and mix thoroughly.
3. Boil and chop potatoes into cubes and add into mixture,
mixing thoroughly but ensuring potatoes do not break or get mashed.
4. Add in pasta and mix again thoroughly. Add more mayonnaise if creamier consistency is desired.
5. Garnish with some
more dried parsley on the top.
